Pic.1,
Title,
Fukutoku* Kane ni naru ki
Good Fortune Moneytree

(* It is a playing on words. 婦久徳 has a meaning
"Women with long obtained virtues", however in everyday language, everyone associates it with the commonly used term 福徳 Fukutoku "Good Fortune")

Truly, a mirror reflecting vanity - Good fortune

Hopefully, I'll be back soon with my reading of the other picture.

Pic. 2,
Chōkaku jūben kana, konka fū no hoka wa kyūraimono

May customers stay long, and may there be ten-fold benefits, the summer breeze outside brings sudden visitors.

Regards,

In my previous answers, I forgot to mention the individual subtitles for the prints, which are hidden among the branches of the meneytree alongside the title cartouches of the series.

Print 1,
Utsukushiki Beautiful

Print 2,
Isogashiki Busy
