Hello, could someone help me translate what is written on this print? I’m not sure it’s a signature. Thank you in advance. Kind regards.

It is indeed a signature, belonging to Keisai Eisen. It reads simply "Keisai" 渓斎. Eisen often signed kachō-ga and surimono this way.
