Title,
One Mon multiplied by thirty days of accumulation

Artist,
Painted by Shinsai Eishō

In the picture the Money Tree is depicted in the center between Ebisu and Daikoku, two of the Seven Gods of Fortune, two patrons of shopkeepers.
We can see the following inscriptions on the tree from top to down,

Middle,
Yorozu hodoyoki Moderation
Jihibuka ki Compassion
Shōjiki Honesty

Left side branches,
Kasegi Earning money
Tsuie no naki Reducing spending
Yōshō yoki Good health
Kanai mutsumashiki Happy family

Right side branches,
Asaoki Early rising
Isagiyoki Manfulness
Shinbōzuyoki Patient
Yudan no naki Vigilant

The virtues written on the tree branches all end in the hiragana "き" (ki) which has been replaced with the character "木" (ki), meaning "tree".

For technical reasons alternative kanas are represented in their modern forms.

With regards,
I.Nagy
