The subject of this work is probably Kōetsu-ji (光悦寺) - Nichiren Daishonin Temple at Takagamine in northern Kyoto, not Muryō-in. Though the artist is not securely identified, some say it could be Hiroshigue II < https://www.ebay.com/itm/116787713968 >) I am not sure about that. What we can say is that it may be Kōetsu-ji in Rain, from a series entitled Meisho-shū (名所集) - “Collection of Famous Places” - Colour print on paper.
Probably twentieth century, possibly first half to mid-twentieth century, but as I stated, the attribution to Utagawa Hiroshige II is unverified, since, if so, it would be possible signed.
