Nishiki-e shūshindan Maki no go
Series of Brocade Pictures for Moral Education Vol.5

Red cartouche,
(五)幼女兄を愛して白刃の下に立つ
(Go) Yōjo ani wo aishite yaiba no moto ni tatsu
(5) The young girl loves her brother and stands uder the blade

Lower right corner box,
秊参寫  Painted by Toshikazu
秊親校  Corrected by Toshichika
Gourd,
ㇹㇼキク Carver: Kiku

Toshikazu and Toshichika were the disciples of Tsukioka Yoshitoshi.

Hi, you should try the google translate app. Its camera function instantly translates legible Japanese character (not always perfectly) but a good starting point.
