What is the title? What is the general meaning of the text and what is the meaning of the classmaster "head"?

Title,
轉々堂童蒙訓話 Tenten-dō dōmō kunwa
Tenten-dō's Admonitory Lectures for Ignorant Persons and Children

Signature,

Publisher,

My rough translation of the first half of text,

In the mundane world, whether revealing success and money, experiencing interesting things or enriching the country, it all comes from filial piety. However, these cannot be done without life. Therefore, keeping the body healthy is utmost importance. There are various ways to achieve that.
............

The prerequisite of the teachers is the square hat - from above.
It was taken over from Western culture.

With regards,
I.Nagy
