Any help with the age, backround , purpose and culture of this jade carving would ve appreciated

This is a 20th century lithic copy of the Jade Tradition of the Hongshan Culture (c. 4700–2900 BCE)
The authentic Jade is known as Pig-Dragon (Zhu Long).
