Since the drawn was made by Matsuda Kajo (1858-1931)
(松田華女 The Seal Name in ancient characters is just: kajo (華女)
I may also state that this is a press version possible printed in a book entitled: 霞城習画帖 第一 "Kajo Study Drawings Vol. 1" or other reproduction of croquis by Mr. Kajo.
