Subject:Painting copy

I'm curious about this Chinese painting attributed to Li Shan[1686-1760]. He apparently made it as "fang' tribute copy of Xu Wei's original painting.
Both paintings are oversized, over 5 feet tall and 3 feet wide. Wondering if Li Shan mentioned Xu Wei in his inscription. Any help or opinions are welcome.

There is no reference to Hsü Wei (Xu Wei) in the inscription.
It is about an incompetent official of a Confucian temple who was not even fit to fan himself for fear of failing down to the ground.
