Sorry I am just a japanese language studant, butI am intrigued. I do not know if I could do any better, but Its seams to me something like 玉辭心 Gyokushin. And the last one could possible be:
伯冊下 - haku satsushita but this name is strange anyway..."Under the record of the count"...Some of you guys think it makes any sense? Please, let me know.
I hope this could be at least an initial track to a further research.
Hugs from Brazil
Renato

Many thanks Renato. The inscription on the tree trunk may not be a name. Perhaps it is some sort of title to the scenes depicted, which involve agricultural and household activities (see enclosed photo of the other side). Perhaps this may help decipher. And what do you make of the square on top of 冊?
I also wonder where you see 玉 in the signature on the bottom. Best, Moti

looks to me like 靜山 and 伯嗣印 (where 印 refers to "the seal of ___")
I.Nagy or others will know the appropriate Japanewse pronunciation.

Many thanks for your comments. As I stated, I am a humble Japanese language student from Brazil. And as my sensei said, we should not be afraid of errors, it is the most important part of the learning process.Beyond that, it's really a pity so beautiful asian artwork be surrounded in such unnecessary mystery.

Best regards,
Renato

Many thanks rat. This is very helpful.
I now found several items of Japanese carved ivory signed "Seizan", which is how they read 靜山.
(In the description they sometimes use the simplified form 静). E.g., https://www.zacke.at/auction/lot/1529-seizan-a-fine-tokyo-school-ivory-netsuke-of-a-gigaku-performer/?lot=28027&sd=1
or
https://www.bonhams.com/auction/23269/lot/224/an-ivory-netsuke-of-a-gigaku-performer-by-seizan-meiji-era-1868-1912/
I still have to research the "seal".
Best, Moti

I can't help you with a translation etc.
However, it is very high quality Japanese carving and from the Meji period.
Congratulations on a fine purchase.
