Please translate the hieroglyphics on vase's base.
I translate some - 九谷製 (Kutani Sei),but the last- may be it is the name of the artist?

not sure what you are referring to by "the last", as you have transcribed the characters correctly as meaning of Kutani make. The last character is indeed 製, "make/manufacture"
