Reversing names once transcribed from foreign languages to Chinese is a very difficult task.
Reading of seal imprint;
范淟    Fàn Tiǎn
柯雷比尓  Kēléibĭ'ěr
Potential reversal options;
Van den Crevel, Van den Krebill (Kraybill, Krabill, Krehbiel etc.)

I read the marking on the side "L"
I can't identify it.

With regards,
I.Nagy

A hardness test will most likely find that stone to very hard.
This carving is a seal(chop) The color looks like genuine apple green.
I would say Jadeite from Burma,carved in China.
Ernest
