Subject:Help with Reading Actor and Role

Hi,
Another request to assist with the reading of this frontispiece by Natori Shunsen in February 1925 issue of Engei Shashin. My guess on the artist is Jitsukawa Enjaku [II] 実川延若 and the role he's playing as 梅の由兵衛 Ume no Yoshibei.
