I would like to share with you guys what is my greatest challenge...The cursive kanji...Katsukawa Shunko surimono- Gosh!!!
Here is where I stopped.
東都八景
三綠(緑)山晩鐘
山雲立? (not even this I am sure)

I believe it is a waka poetry, but from what poet? And what difficult to find waka poetry collections to compare whit this one, huh?

Anyway, if someone could just give me a hint of what is written I would be glad.

"Eight Views of the Eastern Capital - Evening Bell on the Three Green Mountains - Clouds Rise Above the Mountain... then what...?

My reading and rough translation of the inscriptions,

東都八景
三縁山晩鐘
山霽五重塔
海曇七歩鐘
秋の日はちとかたむくけり
　　　　　　　　　　えし満谷
かねの音すそゆくろかきぬる
　　　　　　　　　　　芝の屋　山陽
　　　
Tōto Hakkei
San'enzan banshō
Yama wa hare Gojūnotō
Umi wa kumori　Nanahō no kane
Aki no hi wa chito katamuku keri
Eshi Mitani
Kane no ne suso yuku roka kinuru
Shibanoya Sanyō

The mountains are clear　‐ Five Storied Pagoda
The sea is overcast - Seven step bell**
The autumn sun was about to set

*　 Other name of Zōjōji Temple
** A bell whose sound is so long that seven steps
can be taken

I AM ABSOLUTELY IMPRESS!
It seems that I have to study thousand years to get there. How wonderful is to know this beautiful mistery of kanji writtings.
I really appretiated that. I was with a japanese ambassor who couldn't explain me what was written there.I definetely need to show this translation to my japanese language sensei.
