This is a citation from Li Bai's Song of Purity and Peace.
雲想衣裳花想容，春風拂檻露華濃
若非群玉山頭見，會向瑤臺月下逢
Clouds, one thinks of her clothes, flowers, one thinks of her countenance,
the spring wind sweeps dew from her balustrade,
and intense dewdrops moisten the flowers.
If she is not seen at the peak of the Jade Mountain,
then she will be encountered under the moon at the Yaotai palace.
