Which year does this chinese seal stamp date to?

The mark reads "Qian long nian zhi", made during the Qianlong reign. The Qianlong emperor ruled from 1736-1795. However your rubber stamp mark is apocryphal, so not of the period. It is the most often used seal mark on chinese porcelain nowadays. If I had to venture a guess from the image of the footring alone I would say, mid 20th century.

With kind regards

Madria
