Hi,
This gouache looks like a sort of Uemura Shoen, copy or pastiche or workshop.
I can't read the character or seal and the book she is glancing at?
Help and thoughts please.

Book title,
浮世　Ukiyo - Floating world

Saegusa Tadashi 三枝匤　probable same with Saegusa
Untai 三枝雲岱　1811-1901
