Posted By: rat Tue, Sep 17, 2024 They all mention the Xuande reign period of the Ming dynasty, when bronzes were considered particularly good(here's an example: https://www.christies.com/en/lot/lot-6095324). In practice, these marks in themselves mean nothing because they have been added to nearly every bronze created since that time. |
