Subject:Help with identification

Good day to you all,

I was looking to see if someone would be able to help identify this painting, artist, year.

I believe it to be at least 45-50 years old based on a framing sticker found on the artwork back.

Xuegu 雪谷 (Snowy walley) Art-name
Unfortunately I can!t read the whole seal.
