Subject:Request help identifying calligraphy on Chinese Vase

Hi All!
Here's a Famille Rose Chinese Vase. I'd greatly appreciate help in translating the calligraphy on the vase. The base of the vase is unsigned and likely from the republic period. I'd also welcome any comments on the vase itself too! Thanks!

The inscription is too grassy for me but the painting style and lack of a mark suggest the vase indeed may be 3rd quarter or later 20th century, when unmarked Chinese porcelains could be exported (at least to the USA) in manifested crateloads.
