Hi All,
Just got this tile today! Appears to be old and in very good shape. If you get a chance, I'd greatly appreciate help translating the calligraphy on the tile. Thanks much!

The name signed here is Guo Xiaocheng, the purported date is autumn 1925. Yes the quality is decent, but there are literally hundreds if not thousands of forged plaques by Republic ceramic painters on the market today, and little evidence of what Guo's actual style from reliable sources, so I would be quite cautious.
