They are so-called kimono pattern books made for the Nishijin kimono manufactures in Kyoto.
Title;
天年模様鑒 - Tennen moyō-kan - Tennen`s* pattern books
Publisher;
芸艸堂蔵板 - Unsōdō* zōhan - With Unsōdō woodblocks

* Kaigai Tennen 海外天年 1860- ?
Painter who was active from Meji to Taishō eras, beloged to Kyōto art world.
** Unsōdō 芸艸堂 
Kyōto based publishing company founded in 1891, known for dying pattern and design picture books.
Published japanese-bound books using woodblock prints.

Year of publication; 1898-1899
