The series is 'Okonomi geisha gogyō no uchi' (御好芸者五行の内 - Among five favorite geisha) published c. 1823-24 by Iseya Rihei.

The date and censor seal chart in the Sandra Andacht book of "Oriental Decorative Arts" shows seals similar to the one on your woodblock to date to the period 1790-1842.

In an online list, the mark was said to be First Period, lasting from 1790 until 1805, a single round seal reading kiwame ("approved") is found.
