Marking reads;
満る越 Marukoshi (丸越)
Name of a department store chain in Hokuriku region of Japan. Currently with only one store in operation in Kanazawa. Probably it was made exclusively for this department store chain.
From the old fashioned use of alternative Kanas (syllabaries) it could be Meiji or Taisho.
