Subject:Rain Drum

I wanted to get thoughts on this Dong Son drum. Purchased in Bangkok back in the 1980's. Does the form and patina look "right?"
29 x 29 x 22 cm.
There may be some repair on the lower rim area.

In my opinion, the appearance of acid-washed patina and smaller size point to your drum being a recent decorative product. Please check the URL link to a 2005 Christie’s auction result for an authenticated Dong Son drum with natural patina.
