Here's where we need the wisdom of I Nagy to unscramble the meaning from this seal. After searching, my best suggestion is 推观“神五”, which translates to something like "speculations about God."

But that depends on the fourth character being 五, which is highly unlikely.

I have never seen that fourth character as depicted on the seal, nor can I find an example of a similar configuration.

I eagerly anticipate seeing Mr Nagy's explanation.
