Subject:Plum and moon drawing

Hi, can anyone translate the characters for me and the signature? Is he known? The size of the drawing is 12.5x8 cm approximately. Is it worth something? For me it's decorative, but if it's valuable I will have to open it carefully and protect it better so it doesn't be exposed to humidity and dust. How old do you think it is?
