Any assistance in order to identify the artist will be very appreciated. Here attached sketch of artist's red color signature. Thanks

Its is not a signature, but a sexagenary cycle mark, actually two characters side by side;
己未　（reading from right to left) "ji- wei" = Earth-Sheep 1979,(1919...)
A sharp picture of the inscription might tell us more about the artist.

Reading of inscriptiuons,
雪山叠泉　-　Snowy mountains and stacked waterfalls
巳未年仲秋　- in the Mid-Autumn of the Year of Earth-Sheep (1979)
写于得所　- Painted at a suitable location

It seems that the painter did not want to reveal his name.
