Subject:short Tibetan translation please????

I suppose the chances are slim, but here is an antique iron Tibetan letter seal I'd like to have translated.
My photos have been reversed for easier reading, and I've shown them right side up and upside down.

I am not sure where this is from, but none of the characters are traditional Tibetan script. Why do you think it is Tibetan? form is similar to the cones used in making sand mandalas, but with a sealed end it would not be used as such

Definitely Tibetan. It's very possible that they stylized the Tibetan script for the purposes of these seals.

Also, I trust my source. This was given to me personally in about 1980 by Arthur Rudolf at his home in San Francisco. Arthur was Swami Rudyananda (Rudi)'s brother. Their family business in the 1960s-'70s in NYC owned by their mother was a major dealer in Asian Buddhist Art and Antiques. Arthur's house in SF in the 1980s was filled with magnificent examples of old and rare Tibetan artifacts.
