Subject:Request for identification of crest and lacquer plate

Hi there. Me and my friend and others don’t know the crest, and we’re hoping someone here can help give insight. We also aren’t sure on its age, possible Meji? Any opinions appreciated.

The name of crest is;
金物形雲　- Kanamonogata kumo
Three clouds with patterns on a gold ring are brought together to draw the whole thing in a circle. It is often seen on temple crest, but its use as family crest is rare.
