For the information of all, the French text at the top of the mark of "cadeau de la mission portugaise au grand roi d'annam" is translatable as "Gift from the Portuguese mission to the Great Emperor of Annam". The junk pictured at the bottom is labeled underneath with its apparent name as "Le meduse" or "the Jellyfish". The bold Chinese characters read down as "長壽" (Chang shou), meaning "Long life".
The coronation of seven year-old Prince Nguyễn Phúc Vĩnh San, the former Nguyen-era Emperor Duy Tân, was held in 1907 and he ruled until 1916, after which time the French deposed him to French-ruled Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean after discovering him to be a co-conspirator in a plot to overthrow their rule. He died 26 December 1945 (aged 45) at Lobaye, Ubangi-Shari, French Equatorial Africa. (Info from Wikipedia)
I would surmise from the French inscription that the dish probably was made during the child emperor's brief rule from 1907-1916.
