Subject:Help dating unmarked famille rose bowl

Hi, I’m hoping to determine the age of this bowl.
It measures 13-3/8 inches across the top, and 4-3/4 inches tall. Thanks!

I believe this bowl is a mid-early 3rd quarter 20th century transfer-based product which imitates 19th century rose medallion wares but does not capture the finely painted work of the earlier period. The identical pattern is often hawked by online sellers as "vintage" but most savvy collectors consider that vintage to be sour. If your bowl is not marked, it likely was sold new under a paper label. It may a porcelain blank that was pasted up and painted at an enameling workshop in Hong Kong, Macao or at a provincial factory other than Jingdezhen, the porcelain capital in Jiangxi Province. After the death of Mao Zedong and end of China's Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution in 1976, Chinese porcelain improved in its export quality under reforms instituted by the moderate supreme leader Deng Xiaoping.

Best regards,

Bill H.

Thanks guys, I know it’s not transfer ware though. Unfortunately I couldn’t post hi res pics, but the lines are definitely hand painted. Could this be late 19th/ early 20th C?
