Does anyone know the source to the huge nephrite jade object from china? This example is a 50 x 50 x 5 cm large nephrite jade ceremonial axe. i presume it is not old or is it?

The images are inconclusive.
However it appears to be a tourist type carving.
Whether it is jade or not one would need to perform tests.

The central figure looks vaguely similar to the ancient bronze masks and jade sculptures in humanoid form produced in China by the Sanxingdui Culture, Shu Kingdom. Certainly a modern work.

A modern fantasy piece that was being treated with chemical to create artificial weathering on its surface. Its material is possibly serpentine and even it was made of nephrite, would not be nephrite jade that could be found or mined in China, based on its color appearance. With all these cartoon figures copied from somewhere, IMHO to call it a Chinese piece especially a Neolithic piece is simply offensive.

That looks like some sort of copy, Mayan or Aztec but not like Jade. Was it ever tested?

A long time ago I studied pre Columbian Art, and a bit of pre historic art.
Some of the fine art work was removed from Mexico etc. in the good old days. I always noticed some similarities between pre historic, also pre-Columbian art and ancient Chinese art.
I would suggest having a good photographer take sharp picture from all sides, and get in touch with
