Subject:Okyo Maruyama woodblock help

I have these two woodblock prints which I believe originally were done by Okyo Maruyama. I have found two others with the same depiction I noticed the others I found seemed to look newer or on different paper, but they could just be in better condition. With these scrolls and woodblocks are their originals from the actual artist not done later period and if so, is there a way to tell the difference? I am confused on if these are just done 1880's early 1900's like the few others I saw or if they are older etc.. A google search of"Okyo Maruyama elephant" should show the ones I found. Thanks in advance

Oukyo is a painter, so any print is done by some publisher to reproduce the original paintings of the master. All the details about the publisher are to be found in the red characters on the left. The numbers in the titles right indicate they are part of two series.
The prints could be intended to be mounted in books like for instance this:

the publisher is Aoki Tsunesaburo (青木 恒三郎), Osaka, he published many series of old painters works in the 1890s
