I have a Chinese painting with script on it which I was wondering if anyone would translate. If there is a way to compensate, I would do so.

Inscriptions in my reading;

辛丑仲春摹新羅山人
幸白陽居士筆於掃葉山房并地
On the mountain ?
In the Mid-Spring of the Year of Metal-Ox (...1901,1961)
Copy of Xinluo-shanren*
Painted by the Retired Scholar Xing Baiyang*
at the site of Shaoye Shanfang (Sweeping Leaf Mountain House)*

* Xinluo-shanren a.k.a. Hua Yan 1682-1756
* Retired Scholar Xing Baiyang - pseudonym -unidentifiable artist
* Shaoye Shanfang; Was the name of an old book store in the Changmen Gate in Suzhou with more than 300 years of history.
