Hi, I have this medal I would like to know it's age, inscription and if it's worth something. It's got a brass edge and a box.

The inscription speaks for itself;
中國留年　-　Zhongguo liunian - Chinese souvenir
Carved lacquer cinnabar medallion plaque, probably from the 1950s-60s.

It shows a type of ancient Chinese vessel supported by three splayed triangular legs, used to serve warm wine during ceremonies.
