Would appreciate any info on old iron red round box, especially the unusual inscription on the base. It is six inches in diameter. Many thanks.

九谷　　　-　Kutani (Kutani ware)
鳳遊樓 - Hōyūrō (Name of a restaurant - most likely a piece of a set made for the named restaurant)
北山　 - Kitayama (Probably, the name of painter)
