Posted By: Bill H Sat, Sep 24, 2022 The two gourd vases have seal script marks of "Made at Jingdezhen" (Jing de zhen zhi). The larger of the polychrome items has an apocryphal standard six character mark reading down from the top right as "Made during the Qianlong reign of the Great Qing Dynasty" (Da qing qian long nian zhi). The smaller one has an apocryphal four character mark in standard characters of "Made during the Kangxi reign" (Kang xi nian zhi). |
