Subject:Bowl Identification - Children Festival
Posted By: Jason Karras Mon, Sep 12, 2022 IP: 2601:249:9080:c90:6d I was hoping someone could give their thoughts on age / identification of this small bowl I have. It is 2.5" high x 4.25" across and I got it in an older box labeled as "Children Festival".

Posted By: Bill H Tue, Sep 13, 2022 The faux Qianlong mark makes your Chinese bowl datable to the late 19th-early 20th century, or late Guangxu-Republic era. The pattern was popular during the Qing dynasty and into the Republic period (1911-1949). Here are views of a plate with such decoration and a mark of the Guangxu period.
