Subject:Help with identification of stoneware blue splash glaze vase and pot and with signature

Hi there, I recently acquired what I think are a beautiful and probably quite modern stoneware vase and squat rounded pot with a lovely splash of blue glaze. I think they are Japanese or perhaps Korean in origin, and also hope that someone could help identify the black ink signature on the bases. Thanks for taking the time to look,
