A Chinese Bronze censer with fish handles and a strange mark at the bottom. Can anyone ID the mark?? and century??

Ok , thanks Nagy. I have had it around an expert and he says , lot of copper in it and the mark could maybe be a Kangxi piece, and 18 th century. It could also be a little bit later than Kangxi. so maybe he's right.
