Subject:Is this a Japanese print?

Can someone tell me about this picture? Is it Japanese? It seems quite old. Its dimensions are approx. 34 cm x 19 cm. All information related to the picture is interesting.

Its a woodbkock reproduction of a painting by Mori Tetsuzan (or Mori Tessan) 森徹山. He is not a printer but a painter and so this was probably printed for an art historical publication by for instance Kokka or Shimbi Shoin.
