Subject:Please help to translate the marking on an Imari vase

Posted By: Madria Thu, Sep 08, 2022 It's chinese. The decoration in blue, red and gold is called Imari and derivend from japanese porcelain. Marking at the bottom in underglaze blue is an apocryphal chinese six-characters Kangxi-mark (1662-1722) [Da Qing Kangxi Nian Zhi – Great Qing(-Dynasty) Kangxi Reign Made] but it's produced later, propably in the late 19th century.
