My dealer has sold me an Imari Porcelain plate claiming to be from the mid 19th century. It has apocryphal chinese markings...Is this an authentic piece?

It's a very nice Japanese imari plate. Nicely decorated.
However, I believe that it's a little bit later. Perhaps very late Meiji period 1868-1912 or Taisho period 1912-1926.
The lack of spur marks or number of therein is common on japanese porcelain after about 1900.
