I would be grateful if someone could please help me identify the artist. I believe this was painted in the 1970's.

曲水流觴傳韻事

The pavilion stands alone, showing off and facing the sun
The Spring Purification Ceremony at Shanyin was held here by the Right Hand Army
The rhymes were conveyed by the cups on the winding stream*
Now, at present, I can feel the refined elegant culture of the literati

Thank you so much! I had the privilege of meeting Chen Siming when I was young, but I did not recall his name. At the time, I saw some of his other work, and thought he was a talented artist.
