Also help needed reading the signature on this Japanese hanging scroll.
The writing on the box says: 遊蛙之図 - Yū kaeru no zu - Frog picture
Probably mid 20th century.
I read the signature Seiho "青圃" (?)
Seal: ??
Who is the artist?

Seal,
神阪春圃　-　Kamisaka Shunpō
Inscription on box,
遊蛙之圖　-　Asobu kaeru no zu - Picture of a playing frog

Kamisaka Shunpō 神阪春圃　
Kyoto based painter in the Meiji and Taisho eras,
learned painting from the Maruyama-Shijo School painter Takaya Kōhō 高谷篁圃.
