Famille verte vase/hat stand in the Kangxi period style.
It's not Kangxi period. It's a contemporary example from the second half of the 20th century.

Your vase is stylistically Japanese with an apocryphal Chinese mark of made during the Chenghua reign of the great Ming dynasty. The Chenghua emperor ruled from 1465-87.

Japanese kilns have been paying such homage to Ming and Qing rulers since at least the Edo period, although this vase also looks to me like it may be 20th century.
