Subject:Is this art or kitsch?

In the inheritance of my grandparents we found a plate. I think it's Japanese or Chinese.
I would like to know whether it is something of value or 'just' a tourist souvenir.
Any information is appreciated.

Nice plate. I think it is Chinese. Could be from Macau but I'm not sure. I have found several similar plate on internet but every time just a little different. And with different marks too (see photo's).
