日本京都桃嶺　-　Nihon Kyōto Tōrei - Japan, Kyōtp, Tōrei
Upper, leisure seal,
義信之童　-　Yoshinobu no warabe -　Child of Yoshinobu
Lower seal,
義鼎　-　Gitei　? (I am not sure with the 2nd character)

Nishikawa Tōrei 西川桃嶺　？ -1925 (1926)
Original name was Nishikawa Shintarō. He was a talented disciple of Kōno Bairei. In 1880 graduated Kyōto Prefectural Painting School as first graduate
