I found this Japanese Seto mark which reads on the right Seibidö 清美堂 and on the left ?? 吉製. But I can't find out the top left Kanji, so I need some help (I.Nagy?).
Seibidö seemed to be a Seto export company with a link to Kato Shigeju, so if someone can tell me some more about this company, I'll be much obliged.

Katō Renkichi 加藤廉吉 was a "sometsuke" artist in the Meiji era in Seto.

清美堂　is sometimes written 青美堂
